This page is the part of the AvailSuite online help.

AvailSuite is a software solution for managing a small or medium service business. It covers all critical activities of small companies, like customer and work order management, invoices and account receivables, employee scheduling, and task management.
How to determine the number of licenses you need?

The count of AvailSuite's licenses defines a maximal number of active employees having access to AvailSuite with Administrator and Manager roles.

Here are examples of correct and effective AvailSuite licensing.

Example 1:

John is the only person using AvailSuite in a company. He needs sometimes to use it from home. He installed AvailSuite in office and can access the office network using laptop from home. He installed the AvailSuite client application on his laptop. He needs only 1 license.

Example 2:

There is a call center with a director and 12 managers working in 2 shifts (with no more than 6 managers at the same time). No matter how many computers they use. They can do with 7 licenses. In the cases, somebody of them needs to switch on and off the access for managers to define who has the access now.

Example 3:

There is a company with 3 managers and 20 technicians. Technicians need AvailSuite only for printing out their tasks, viewing payments made to them, submitting their expenses and time cards. The company needs 3 AvailSuite's licenses.
