AvailSuite is a software solution for managing a small or medium service business. It covers all critical activities of small companies, like customer and work order management, invoices and account receivables, employee scheduling, and task management.
Tips and Tricks

  1. A double-click on a record in a grid will open the detail form for the current record.
  2. To quickly change data in a document, make the change directly in grid.
  3. You can hide unwanted columns in the grids. To do this, right-click on the grid and choose Run-time column customizaiton. Drag unwanted columns and bands into the window displayed. You can restore the columns by moving them back from the window to the grid. See Column Customization.
  4. Use buttons in the menu of the main form to tune layout of the grid. See Grid Layout Options.
  5. To group grid's content by a column, drag the column header to the group panel. See Group Panel.
  6. When you start AvailSuite for the first time, the sample data records (customers, orders, etc.) will be shown in bold. This is how unread documents are shown in AvailSuite. Once you review a document, it will be shown in a plain font, just like your e-mail program would do.
