Filtering Data in Views

Clicking on the triangle button on a column header gives you a list of all different values in the column. If you will select a line in the list, the view will only display the records having the selected value in the column. This filtering function works similar to the AutoFilter feature in Microsoft Excel. You can remove the filter by selecting the (All) value, which is always the first in the list.
