AvailSuite is tested and certified by Veritest, independent testing provider.

Today, one of the concerns that small businesses have is reliability of software. Since software solutions are offered by thousands of vendors, it's hard to predict reliability and quality of software before downloading and trying. That's why we passed a set of tests, and now AvailSuite's compatibility with Microsoft platforms and reliability is verified by Veritest.

Testing was conducted independently by VeriTest, a testing service of Lionbridge Technologies, sole authorized Lab. for Microsoft Certification.

BusinessWare Technologies Announced AvailSuite 2.70.

We are excited to announce the newest version of AvailSuite. Among the new features in this release are significantly improved performance, automated recurring invoice generation and general search features.

We want to thank all our customers whose feedback helped us improve our software.

What's new in AvailSuite 2.70

  1. Save time with improved performance. We have made a significant upgrade to improve speed and performance, making faster both one-user and network version.
  2. Create recurring invoices. If you need to invoice a customer every season/month/week for the same amount, print and email multiple invoices directly in AvailSuite.
  3. Easily customize business forms. Work with business forms designer to customize your invoices and orders. Use Preview feature to see exactly how your business forms will look when they are printed.
  4. Use improved general search. Use general search to find all the information you need.
  5. Create single invoice for multiple work orders. Consolidate multiple work orders into one invoice.
  6. Schedule appointments using improved Calendar feature. Color code important appointments or tasks which will be performed for VIP clients.

AvailSuite 2.60 is released.

This version has the following additions and improvements:

  1. Complete two-way integration with QuickBooks - it allows you to use AvailSuite for managing your business and QuickBooks for doing accounting and payroll at the same time;
  2. More comprehensive tax support - allows you to set separate tax values/percentages for different tax agencies (e.g. city tax, state tax) and lets you to run a report for calculating sum of taxes to any tax agency;
  3. Contract renewals - allows you to see what contracts are expiring soon and lets you to renew all these contracts with one click;
  4. User Interface improvements - increase efficiency of using AvailSuite and save your time;

AvailSuite 2.50 is released.

MS Team LLC announced the release of AvailSuite 2.50. This version has the following additions and improvements:

  1. Import Customers, Vendors, Parts and Services from QuickBooks - allows you to import your lists of customers, vendors, services, and inventory from QuickBooks.
  2. Referrals Tracking and Reporting - use reports on your customers' referrals to improve efficiency of your marketing efforts
  3. Ability to add a Part picture on the Part form - sometimes you just need to look at a picture of a part to make managing inventory much easier.
  4. Support of Warehouse locations - allows you to manage an inventory while having more than one warehouse.
  5. Ensuring Windows Vista compatibility - we made sure you can use AvailSuite with the latest operating system from Microsoft.
  6. Printing amount in words in English and Spanish on reports - amount in words is required by institutions in some regions.
  7. New data filters are added - makes managing large business data easier.

AvailSuite 2.40 is released.

MS Team LLC announced the release of AvailSuite 2.40. This version has the following additions and improvements:

  1. Ability to view addresses on Google maps - you are able to locate each of your customers on a map with just a click of the button in order to supply your technicians with driving directions or to make routing decisions.
  2. Customers' names and addresses added on the Calendar for more efficient scheduling - this feature was requested by many of service business owners who need to do efficient everyday scheduling.
  3. Working with the report designer was essentially improved for users' simplicity - we reduced number of the buttons related to customizing of the reports and made the whole process more intuitive.
  4. Installation and updates of AvailSuite are even simpler - the installation or updating of AvailSuite became more straightforward as we distribute the installation package and update package separately as from now
  5. Layout of the many forms was improved - we know that several small changes can make a big difference in everyday use of the AvailSuite
  6. Company license number field was added - it can be displayed on the printed documents as it is often required to
  7. Ability to attach invoices or work orders reports to email letters directly from AvailSuite

AvailSuite gets US Sales & Support office.

MS Team LLC announces that it has reached a partnership agreement with Blue Archer Consulting (Pittsburgh, PA). Blue Archer Consulting will provide Sales support and eventually Technical support over the phone to AvailSuite's North America customers. Establishing new sales and support office in the United States marks a major milestone for MS Team. It is an important part of the customer focused strategy to offer local sales and supports to AvailSuite's customers world-wide.

AvailSuite 1.90 is released.

MS Team LLC announced the release of AvailSuite 1.90 (both Standard and Pest Control Editions). This version of the Service Management Software has the following additions and improvements:

  1. Support of Parts in Orders and Invoices was implemented
  2. Taxes were added to Invoices and Orders
  3. Status "On Hold" for Orders, Invoices, Projects and Tasks was added
  4. International addresses and address formats were added
  5. Portrait and Landscape variants of Order and Invoice Printings were implemented
  6. Employee Card was added by Employee's Photo, and Benefits, Vacations and Salary History Notes

Tucows, one of the largest and most respected software download sites, awarded AvailSuite for Pest Control 1.80 with their highest rating: 5 cows. AvailSuite scored biggest in Usability and Documentation & Help sections in the Tucows review report.

AvailSuite 1.80 is released.

MS Team LLC announced the release of AvailSuite 1.80. This version of the Service Management Software has the following additions and improvements:

  1. Customer Form was enhanced with ability to see all customer invoices, payment, services via a single click
  2. Customer Notes were added: you may quickly add any number of notes to a customer
  3. Customer Statistics screen was added: it shows all critical information about a customer, including current balance, the amount to be billed, date of last order and last service
  4. Order Management module was significantly improved
  5. Support of recurring and "unplanned" tasks was added

MS Team LLC announces special edition of AvailSuite for Pest Control. This version of AvailSuite, Service Management software specialized for Pest Control industry will be released in late July. It will have many new features, including:

  1. Customer's complete service and chemical treatment history will be available via a single click
  2. Preliminary scheduling will be added
  3. Ability to create Recurring Tasks will be added
  4. The system will start reminding about services that had been ordered and have to be scheduled soon

AvailSuite 1.50 has the following additions:

  1. Task Maintenance was added
  2. Time Card Maintenance was added
  3. User Security was added to limit Technicians access to the system

  5. New Order and Invoice Views (Order/Invoice by Customer/Month) were added
  6. Restrictions to viewing/editing documents depending on user's role and/or document status

AvailSuite 1.40 has been published in the Business section of Download.com - the leader of the on-line software distribution. The appearence on Download.com has significantly increased AvailSuite's exposure to the potential users - small business owners and managers around the world.

AvailSuite 1.40 is released.

MS Team has just released AvailSuite 1.40. It is the first version of the AvailSuite product available for purchase. Evaluation version of AvailSuite 1.40 is available for downloads as well.

AvailSuite 1.40 has the following additions: User and Security Maintenance module, printing capability was added, unread document are highlighted, document tracking was added, some other minor improvements and fixes were implemented.

AvailSuite 1.30 is released - the first generally available version of the AvailSuite software.

MS Team announced the release of AvailSuite 1.3, the first generally available version of the AvailSuite - Small Business Management Software. Evaluation version of AvailSuite 1.3 is available for downloads.

AvailSuite 1.30 contains the core modules, which are essential for any business: Customer and Order Management, Project Management, Invoices and Payments. The next version of AvailSuite is scheduled to be released at the end of February.
